Our staff is fully trained in all aspects of collections and our in-house legal forwarding department proactively handles all claims that require attorney involvement and monitoring.  HOA places claims only with attorneys who are bonded and creditor authorization is always obtained before proceeding with any legal action.  No costs are expended without prior client approval.  

Communication between HOA and its clients is essential in establishing the trust and confidence that must exist in a quality business relationship.  Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you be promptly and currently advised of all efforts in your behalf.  HOA’s custom designed and fully integrated computer system allows on-line access to your claim portfolio, monthly or quarterly summary reports and individualized reporting when requested.  

Prompt remittance to our clients is vital to the satisfactory conclusion of any account placed with us for collection.  We remit daily on all cleared debtor checks and proceeds of attorney recoveries.  There is no waiting for an arbitrary billing cycle for your cleared funds to be remitted.  

House of Adjustments is both bonded and licensed, and is in compliance with all appropriate State and Federal statutory requirements.  Our agency was one of the founding members of the agency association of the Commercial Law League of America and has been a member in good standing since its inception.
