HOA DIR.E.C.T. is an on-line system that House of Adjustments provides to its clients for accessing claim information.  HOA DIR.E.C.T. has been available since early 1990 and is now an internet-based system.  It has been consistently updated to provide our clients with the most sophisticated technology available today.  The system offers the capability to place your accounts electronically, to retrieve detailed claim information, to generate on-line reports and facilitate bi-directional communication between our respective offices.  It allows our clients to make a “virtual” visit to our offices at any time and to access “real-time” information on any claim that they have forwarded to us.  This is a browser-based system and requires only an Internet connection and a Web browser such as Internet Explorer.  Set up is simple and multiple user access is also possible with minimal training required.  

In addition, all transactions are performed over a secure connection.  Because the system requires that a login be performed and tracks user identities, confidentiality and privacy of information are strictly enforced and respected.  Based on user id and company affiliation, only information pertaining to your company will be accessible.
