to attorneys are monitored closely by HOA’s experienced legal
department. No legal action
will be taken without the express permission of the creditor and no monies
will be expended by attorneys without authorization.
HOA’s corps of bonded attorneys accept items only on a contingent
basis and standard rates prevail until suit is authorized at which time
attorneys will set forth court costs and suit fees.
Creditors will receive actual copies of attorney correspondence.

its clients for accessing claim information.
This system gives HOA clients the ability to place new claims, to
retrieve information on claims already placed, to communicate
bi-directionally with HOA, to generate reports and to upload and download
data. This is a browser-based
system and requires only an Internet connection and a Web browser such as
Internet Explorer.
